Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of the smartphone application "FamiTone" (hereinafter "App") provided by the FamiTone Development Team. By installing and using this App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account & Data Management

• Anonymous Account This App can be used without registration (Anonymous Auth). However, if you uninstall the app or lose your device, account recovery may be difficult.
• Account Recovery Recovery via invitation from a partner is supported, but we do not guarantee complete data restoration.
• Auto-Deletion Data not accessed for more than 1 year may be automatically deleted.

2. Prohibited Acts

Users must not engage in:

• Illegal activities or acts violating public order.
• Interfering with servers or networks.
• Exploiting bugs or impersonating others.

3. Disclaimer

• Data Loss We are not responsible for data loss or corruption unless caused by intentional or gross negligence. This App is not a permanent storage service.
• Notification Failures We do not guarantee the delivery of push notifications.
• User Disputes We are not involved in and not responsible for any disputes between users (e.g., couples/families) arising from the use of this App.

4. Ads

Users agree that third-party advertisements (e.g., Google AdMob) may be displayed on this App.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
